Marjorie Nolan is a National Spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association, Nutrition and Fitness expert, author, Nutrition Counselor and speaker. Marjorie completed her dietetic training and earned her Masters Degree in Food and Nutrition Science from Indiana University of PA. She is accredited by the American Dietetic Association and licensed to practice nutrition counseling. She earned her personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Marjorie is an active member of several professional organizations including The American College of Sports Medicine Health and Fitness Professionals, The American Dietetic Association and several Dietetic Practice Groups: Weight Management, Nutrition Entrepreneurs and Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists (SCAN).
Marjorie owns a private consulting business in New York City she meets with individuals or small groups for nutritional counseling and personal training. She also has corporate clients and frequently provides on-site lectures and workshops. Her professional background includes working several years for the prestigious Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders as an outpatient dietitian. Marjorie also taught nutrition and fitness at The National Personal Training Institute. Marjorie has taught at the university level offering workshops, seminars and continuing education to health care and fitness professionals about eating disorder awareness and prevention and wellness and disease prevention.
