I tell people there are over 10,000 different dietary supplements on the market today it is impossible for any one person to know all of them. And so navigating your way thorough the aisles lined with thousands of bottles is no easy task. How do you know what are safe, effective and worth your money? I instruct people to start with the ingredients they should avoid at all costs based on FDA recommendations.
